infraction Definition

in·frac·tion (in fraks̸hən)

noun

a breaking of a law, pact, etc.; violation; infringement

Here we have not used it for breaking of the Law in the legal sense, it referres to breaking from the rule, getting out of the mould ; or the usual; which is broadly: Entrepreneurship

Which is exactly what the logo features, a broken sign of infinity.
